Abstract
Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) is a continuous spectrum disorder. We present the Multi-view Expert Routing in Ordinal Space (MEROS) to characterize MDD progression within 26,144 UK Biobank subjects and 2,234 REST-meta-MDD subjects, combining multi-view foundation models, Rank-N-Contrast manifold learning, and a Geometric-Confidence-Driven Router for severity regression.
